If you're looking for an educational museum or park to take your children to, you should definitely go and visit the Atlanta History Center first. Its forests and gardens are a nice alternative to the usual museum. If you haven't gotten enough of nature, then your next stop should be the Atlanta Botanical Garden with its makeshift yet realistic rainforests with matching exotic birds and other animals. That's just a taste of it though, here are other nice places to visit when you're in Atlanta:
• High Museum of Art
• Margaret Mitchell House and Museum
• Centennial Olympic Park
• Sweet Auburn
