History of Cancun
The history of Cancun is tracked back in 2000 years where Maya culture and civilization took place. All due to its isolated state, the place was disregarded by Mexico and its locals not until 1960 where the concept of making Cancun a major tourist spot was launched. At present, this place situated in the Yucatan coast has provided outstanding tourism with commercialism and modernity taking place in this ones deserted island.
