Shopping in Hong Kong
Shopping in Hong Kong is one activity that tourists cannot miss. Prices are cheaper compared to Europe or North America, since there are no sales tax being required. But compared to other Asian countries, some items may be more expensive. Needless to say, shopping is very popular in the city and items that are in demand include clothes, bags, jewelries, toys, Chinese herbs and medicines and Chinese antiques. Other items of interest include computers and electronic gadgets, cameras, books, Chinese art, and VCD or DVD copies of music and films.

Aside from shopping malls, there are also street markets where buyers can haggle for the cheapest price.
